About Us
OUR MISSION
We are a nonprofit dedicated to empowering and inspiring young Black girls and young women to lead with confidence, purpose, and pride. Our transformative programs are designed to cultivate leadership, self-worth, and resilience while dismantling the harmful stereotypes that portray Black girls as loud, aggressive, or angry.
OUR HISTORY
Black Girls in Blazers partners with schools, small groups, and organizations to deliver tailored empowerment sessions that meet the unique needs of each audience. We bring our Signature programs directly to you, allowing full customization of your booking.
Our engaging sessions cover a wide range of topics including self-care, self-esteem, financial literacy, leadership and more. Particiants gain the confidence and poise to take their place at the table while learning the essential codes of etiquette and professional conduct along the way.
Beyond workshops, we provide mentorship, parent support groups, college readiness guidance, and a variety of resources designed to foster lifelong success. Together, we can equip the next generation of Black girls with the tools they need to lead, excel, and thrive.
